On your initial visit, we will make a customized treatment plan that will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

Payment Options

We aim to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Debit cards
  • All major credit cards
  • CareCredit
  • Flex Spending account

We offer third-party financing through CareCredit. For a cash-paying patient, you are required to pay the full amount owed on that day of service.

We also offer a 10% discount for patients with no dental insurance.

Insurance

Our office team is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of all insurance contracts.

Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. You as the policy holder are responsible to know your full benefits, but we will do all we can to help you with any insurance issues.

Insurance companies usually pay only a portion of each visit. Therefore you are required to pay your full percentage on or prior to all appointments. You are personally responsible for your entire account after 45 days whether your insurance has paid us or not. Therefore, we encourage you to contact your insurance company if your policy has not paid us within 30 days. As a courtesy, we will submit all insurance claims for you.

We are contracted with several insurance companies. This means that we are “In-Network” and have our fees on file with these insurance companies. They are:

  • Delta Dental Premier
  • Delta Dental PPO
  • Aetna PPO
  • Cigna PPO
  • GEHA Federal Plans 
  • Guardian PPO
  • MetLife PPO
  • Premier Access PPO
  • Assurant PPO
  • Humana PPO

If you have any other PPO plan and can choose any dentist, you are allowed to come to this office. However your insurance will only pay based on “their fee schedule” not ours, and you are required and responsible to pay that difference. Also at this time, we do not take any HMO or Medicare Plans
